Delivery Policy
1. LOCCINO shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but LOCCINO cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and LOCCINO shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of LOCCINO.
2. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
3. All orders are processed within 1 business days after the order is placed. During sales peak season, order processing might take up to 3-5 working days to process.Please take note that all orders placed cannot be edited once processing begins, as it will interrupt processing time and processing time may subject to change.
