Return/Exchange must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods upon receiving the product.
You may return/exchange your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
I. If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
II. if the Product is out of date or expired; or
III. if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
1. You must have proof of purchase (Order Invoice number or Receipt, Shipping AWB) and photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty of the item.
2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with (all warranty cards, any free gifts, vouchers received and etc with it).
Return/Exchange process
i. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the exchange, please have your order invoice number ready and call our customer service careline at +6012-535-2815 from 10am – 7pm (Excluding Public Holidays) or send us an email us to loccino182@gmail.com with your invoice number or receipt before returning your order.
ii. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) working days from the day our agentreceives the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
iii. If your return is valid, we will process with your replacement. Our customers should not have to pay for return shipping for faulty products on date of arrival. Our agent will verify and assess the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you if you contact the team on the arrival date.
iv. If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable.
v. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
vi. LOCCINO (LGK) SDN BHD reserves the right for final decision.
